CM Lim Guan Eng's speech on integrated transport system for Penang (Part II)
At a public dialogue held at the Town Hall on Sunday with Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng. After his speech, 24 participants stepped up with questions and comments on the four-phase integrated transport system for Penang and the tender award.
